Summary: Packages materials and products manually by managing or tending to a Sparker box, Counter, Take-up, pay off up to 46in, Wire stripper, Scale, and a Skal Tech up to 42in. Also, adheres to all palletizing procedures when applicable. Verifies and test, all wire and cable by using calipers and cutters. In addition to performing routine Quality Assurance checks. Determines the inner wall thickness, outer wall thickness, wire thickness, and if the wire/conductor is centered. Verifies the proper label on each spool and the proper coding is printed on the jacket. Verifies that the label matches the traveler and is placed on the correct reel size. Completes any and all other duties requested or assigned.
