The Manual QA Analyst will be responsible for thoroughly testing new features, enhancements, and bug fixes within the our SaaS based POS platform. This role requires strong attention to detail, a deep understanding of retail workflows, and the ability to think critically about how changes impact real-world store operations. This individual will work closely with both Engineering and Support teams to ensure issues are properly understood, reproduced, validated, and resolved before reaching customers.
