In this role, you will… Process high-volume new business, renewals, and midterm adjustments into a mainframe, Oasis, OnBase or database with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. Evaluate and process coverage verification requests. Review, assemble and issue policies and endorsements. Be accountable for administrative tasks, including but not limited to; scanning, indexing, documentation, mailing and faxing. Update standard operating procedure (SOP) documentation for review by the Senior Manual Operations Associate (MOA) or Manager. Coordinate with Senior MOA to audit and train other Manual Operations team members as needed. Monitor daily reports/metrics and Induction pools per assigned business segment. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team; effectively learning new tasks.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail maintaining high levels of accuracy.
  • Success in a high volume environments requiring personal organization, multitasking, & regular reprioritization with short turnaround time on items of high impact.
  • Demonstrated ability to problem solve, exercising good judgment in escalation to management.
  • Strong computer skills, with experience in using Outlook, Word, Excel, Imaging.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Oasis is a plus.
