Requirements

Must be able to work Monday to Friday 7:30am until 4:00pm
Strong eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity to perform tasks that require precision, coordination, and control (such as assembling items, sorting, typing, or handling intricate materials)
Must have computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office programs such as Word and Excel.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills relevant to a production environment
Proficiency in reading, writing, and verbal communication in English.
Able to lift up to 45 pounds (approx. weight of a box of inserts or envelopes)
Completion of some secondary school; a high school diploma is preferred but not mandatory

Nice To Haves

Manual insertion experience is an asset but not a requirement

Responsibilities

Share responsibility of separating and inserting all manual mail pieces
Share responsibility of posting manual mail on the Pitney Bowes metering machine
Prepare packages for couriering using 3rd party services like UPS and FedEx
