About The Position

The position involves manual assembly and production responsibilities, focusing on the accurate assembly of components using handheld power tools. The role requires conducting manual saw-cutting operations for component preparation when applicable, and assumes accountability for all activities and output in the designated work area, ensuring both efficiency and quality. Quality assurance is a key aspect, as the individual will oversee compliance with quality standards for assembled products. Additional duties may include machine maintenance, tooling changes, and other tasks as assigned. Safety compliance is paramount, with a focus on upholding safety measures while working around hot machinery and moving equipment. The individual must adhere to all safety and quality guidelines and report any safety hazards to the supervisor. Participation in ongoing training and skill development programs is expected, along with active contributions to continuous improvement initiatives. The role also involves promptly reporting any operational inefficiencies or safety hazards to the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Competency in reading and interpreting measurements from a tape measure, digital calipers, and other measuring instruments.
  • Experience with various hand and power tools, including but not limited to, drills, impact drivers, and pneumatic systems.
  • Capability to adhere to production timelines and meet output targets.
  • Ability to collaborate with team members to achieve collective production goals and ensure workflow efficiency.
