About The Position

Conducting safety analyses/documenting results (preliminary hazard analysis, system hazard analysis, hazard tracking, functional hazard assessment, fault tree analysis (FTA), and real-time safety assessments) Generation of hazard reports, defining hazard causes and their mitigation/control strategies Assist with the definition and maintenance of system level control strategies, including fault detection, isolation and recovery strategies, hazardous mitigation, and system Participate in and support the system safety working groups, Safety Review Panels, technical interchange and change review board meetings Coordinating with verification and validation (V&V) personnel to ensure safety-critical requirements are tested in scope with no mission creep. Perform anomaly and nonconformance analysis, tracking and resolution verification Prepare technical documentation and presentations for peers, management, and external customers and partners
