The Manifestor keeps track of all incoming and outgoing products and assists in all related functions in record keeping requirements and inventory. This role involves active participation as a member of the team, contributing to ongoing development, communication, and implementation of team concepts, programs, and policies to ensure B.E.S.T practices. The Manifestor is expected to attend team meetings, foster cohesiveness on major issues, and identify and resolve areas lacking cohesiveness with the team leader. The position also requires familiarity with Simmons’ established operating systems (e.g., quality, security, office environment, company policies) and understanding its role in supporting these systems, including communicating concerns and improvement ideas. The Manifestor will perform other duties as necessary in support of business objectives, as this description is intended to guide activities and not limit the scope of work.
