Lead WMS area Support /development activities from onshore , coordinate with offshore team for work delivery Oversee incident, change, and release management processes to ensure the stability and reliability of critical technologies aiming to achieve an increased system uptime and reducing incident resolution within the SLAs Work closely with Client IT team /Business team and Focuses on the functional /technical aspects of the system, potentially building enhancements and supporting development efforts based on client needs, training materials, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
