About The Position

Teknion, a leader in innovative workplace solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager, Dealer Growth and Strategy, to join our team. This pivotal role will work in close collaboration with the VP of Dealer & Channel Partnerships to drive strategic growth within our mid-size dealer segment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred. Experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience working directly with and supporting contract furniture dealers.
  • Demonstrated success in growing business and achieving measurable results with contract furniture dealers.
  • Ability to develop and execute complex strategies, identifying key opportunities and overcoming challenges.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build strong, lasting relationships at all levels of an organization.
  • Experience in designing, implementing, and managing successful dealer programs.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • A self-starter with a strong drive for results and a commitment to achieving goals.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the VP of Dealer & Channel Partnerships to formulate and implement comprehensive strategies aimed at accelerating growth and enhancing performance within our portfolio of mid-size growth dealers.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new mid-size dealers, ensuring smooth and effective integration into the Teknion dealer network.
  • Design, develop, and launch innovative programs and initiatives specifically tailored to meet the unique needs and foster the success of mid-size dealers.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with the leadership teams of our mid-size growth dealers.
  • Regularly track, analyze, and report on the performance of mid-size dealers against established goals.
  • Identify and implement best practices and efficiencies within the dealer development process.
  • Work closely with internal Teknion teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer service.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and dealer best practices to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Prompt, reliable and regular attendance.
  • Other duties as assigned.
