About The Position

The Regional Manager is responsible for leading business and sales operations in their assigned region, setting goals, coaching Franchisees, and ensuring regulatory compliance. This role involves managing daily operations to achieve business goals and maximize profitability. The Regional Manager will set performance objectives, evaluate and optimize operational performance, ensure that regulatory and company standards are upheld, and prepare operations and financial reports. As a high-performing Regional Manager, the individual should be able to perform efficiently in a high-pressure environment and demonstrate excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. In this position, the Regional Manager will oversee daily operations, manage budgets, and set performance objectives. They will develop and implement business, marketing, and advertising plans while ensuring that health and safety procedures are followed to both brand and retailer standards throughout the partnership. The role requires planning, evaluating, and optimizing operations to be efficient and cost-effective, ensuring that company standards and procedures are adhered to, and supporting store franchisees as a primary resource. The Regional Manager will evaluate store and individual performances, address potential and current problems, and suggest prompt solutions. They will effectively manage costs within their region to ensure budgets are achieved, maintain a positive, professional, and motivating work environment, and ensure that their region has 100% completion on Safety Culture Logs. Additionally, the Regional Manager will travel and support other regions when needed, such as for new store openings, and create plans to continually improve regional support to franchisees and partners. A weekly summary of the division will be provided, celebrating wins and looking for ways to improve operations.
