The organization is seeking a Managing Vice President of Business Analytics to lead Marriott's enterprise-wide Business Analytics function. In this role, the MVP of Business Analytics will drive strategic insights and recommendations and enabling new capabilities across all business domains to unlock new business value. This role is responsible for shaping and executing a cohesive data, analytics and AI strategy that aligns with Marriott's enterprise goals, empowering business leaders to unlock value through actionable insights. As a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, this leader brings exceptional executive presence and communication skills, translating complex data into clear, compelling narratives that influence strategy, performance, and transformation efforts. They oversee a high-performing team of data, analytics and AI professionals, fostering innovation, talent development, and a culture of continuous learning. This role is deeply business-centric and D&A-enabled, ensuring that analytics efforts are aligned with the needs of the organization. The leader is accountable for assembling and guiding cross-functional D&A teams to deliver high-impact solutions tailored to evolving business needs. They bring a deep understanding of Marriott's business dynamics and use that knowledge to prioritize and direct D&A efforts that drive performance, transformation, and innovation. Their team has a comprehensive view of the consumer journey, property-level dynamics, market conditions, and competitive forces-providing enterprise-wide guidance on the trends and insights that matter most. They champion data literacy, promote the adoption of analytics tools, and maintain strong partnerships with Corporate and Continent leaders to meet evolving business needs.
