  • Ability and Desire to recruit, train and develop new financial representatives.

  • Genuine and authentic, with a willingness and drive to do what it takes to contribute and achieve the goal at hand.
  • Required Active Financial Licenses: SIE Certification or Willingness to Quickly Obtain Series 26 (or 24) License or Willingness to Quickly Obtain Life/Health License or Willingness to Quickly Obtain

Nice To Haves
