Requirements

  • Significant relevant experience at a senior leadership level
  • Bachelor’s degree required. 
  • Contacts, strong reputation and the ability to leverage contacts and drive new business.
  • Proven leadership ability.
  • Track record of building and growing globally businesses 
  • Hands-on professional with ability to assemble and lead multidisciplinary teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and communicate areas in which additional or other services may be beneficial to clients.
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency and ability to maximize applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to travel, as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead the U.S Decision Intelligence practice for Kroll, as an integral part of the overall Global Decision Intelligence plan.
  • Lead the expansion of Decision Intelligence capabilities within the U.S. market, with a focus on strengthening the firm’s competitive position in the U.S. market and using advanced technologies to help American and multinational clients deliver competitive advantage through use of modelling, advanced data analytics, AI and other smart technologies.
  • Prioritize and drive take to market core service offerings that align with U.S. market demand: transaction analytics, pre and post deal data‑led value creation, valuation of data assets, innovation strategy.
  • Develop a short‑, medium‑, and long‑term business plan aimed at positioning Kroll as the most advanced, efficient, and tech‑enabled consulting firm in the United States and beyond.
  • Evaluate and, where appropriate, consolidate existing analytic resources across U.S. offices and global hubs.
  • Recruit top-tier American and international talent to strengthen analytic depth and support scalable growth.
  • Create a strategy to leverage Kroll’s U.S.‑based resources—technology, analytics, industry experts—to support national and global engagements.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with practice leaders across Kroll’s U.S. and global operations.
  • Work seamlessly within multidisciplinary teams to win and deliver large, complex engagements, particularly those involving U.S. regulatory, legal, and commercial environments.
  • Manage and grow client relationships; identify opportunities to expand work with existing U.S. clients and develop new business across key American industries.
  • Deliver presentations to prospective clients and, when necessary, U.S. regulatory bodies, enforcement agencies, and government stakeholders.
  • Leverage personal and professional networks within the U.S. business, legal, and policy communities to generate revenue and build a robust business development engine.
  • Identify potential acquisition targets—especially U.S.-based technology and analytics firms—that can accelerate growth and innovation.
  • Drive continuous innovation to ensure Kroll remains at the forefront of data‑enabled consulting in the American market.
