About The Position
The Managing Director, Trust Real Estate will provide oversight to the Trust Real Estate division within BMO's Trust Department, overseeing the management, administration, and strategic direction of a national portfolio of real estate assets held in trust. The successful candidate will bring extensive experience managing trust real estate assets within a nationally chartered bank regulated by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) and will be responsible for ensuring compliance with fiduciary obligations, regulatory requirements, and risk management best practices. This role requires strong leadership skills to mentor and develop junior team members while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to maximize the value of trust real estate holdings.
