Reporting to the Principal in charge of our New York Region, the Managing Director of Special Inspections Operations will plan, manage, and oversee the activities and operations of our regional inspections functions. This leader will be responsible for developing and growing this technical team, ensuring the efficient execution of projects. They will be fully accountable for P&L results and decisions. This role involves overseeing the inspections in our New York building market, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations, managing a team and delivering a steady growth. The Managing Director will also be responsible for strategic planning, client relations, and ensuring the highest levels of quality and integrity in all inspection activities.
