About The Position

Riveron is looking for a Managing Director to join our Technology and Innovation practice. This leadership role will focus on driving business growth and delivering strategic technology transformation initiatives, with an emphasis on Salesforce and enterprise technology ecosystems. The Managing Director will collaborate with executive stakeholders to shape business strategy, enable digital transformation, and advance Riveron’s technology capabilities. As a Managing Director in Technology and Innovation, you will provide strategic leadership across complex transformation programs, ensuring client success while developing and empowering high-performing teams. You will lead business growth initiatives, deepen client relationships, and exemplify Riveron’s values of integrity, collaboration, and excellence in every engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 14+ years of consulting and technology leadership experience, with at least 4 years in senior management or executive roles.
  • Proven success leading Salesforce transformation initiatives, including multi-cloud implementations, integrations, and enterprise-scale deployments.
  • Deep understanding of business applications and digital ecosystems, including: CRM/ERP: Salesforce, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics CPM: OneStream, Adaptive Insights, Hyperion, Host Analytics Data & Analytics: Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx
  • Recognized as a thought leader or subject matter expert, with business process expertise particularly lead to cash, strong industry presence and the ability to translate technology into measurable business value.
  • Exceptional relationship builder, communicator, and mentor with a passion for developing people and delivering meaningful client impact.
  • Responsible for managing P&L, with a proven track record of generating revenue and driving profitable growth.
  • Demonstrates integrity, accountability, and strategic foresight in every engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth strategies across Salesforce and complementary technology offerings (ERP, CPM, Data & AI).
  • Lead business development initiatives, leveraging cross-functional collaboration to expand Riveron’s client base.
  • Build and sustain long-term client relationships with C-suite executives, acting as a trusted advisor for digital transformation.
  • Negotiate and close complex engagements that align with client needs and Riveron’s strategic objectives.
  • Oversee end-to-end Salesforce and enterprise system implementations, ensuring excellence in project execution, governance, and quality.
  • Guide clients in optimizing CRM, ERP, and analytics platforms to enhance business performance and customer engagement.
  • Translate business objectives into technology strategies, leveraging Salesforce capabilities such as Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce and custom solutions.
  • Integrate Salesforce within broader enterprise architectures, including NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, and CPM platforms such as OneStream or Adaptive Insights.
  • Stay at the forefront of emerging Salesforce capabilities, AI, and automation trends.
  • Contribute to intellectual capital development—publishing thought leadership, shaping go-to-market strategies, and presenting at industry events.
  • Provide insight into market dynamics and competitive positioning to inform Riveron’s strategic direction.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams across multiple practice areas and engagements.
  • Partner with talent acquisition to recruit and retain exceptional professionals.
  • Participate in firm-wide strategic initiatives to drive operational excellence, scalability, and cultural alignment.
