  • Build and nurture client relationships, with a focus on payer organizations.
  • Develop new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and leveraging your professional network.
  • Lead the sales cycle, from identifying client needs to delivering proposals and closing deals.
  • Drive brand awareness by actively participating in industry events and local business organizations.
  • Partner with Business Development and Marketing teams to execute impactful campaigns.
  • Collaborate with leadership to grow the healthcare practice in alignment with local and national goals.
  • Develop and refine methodologies, best practices, and go-to-market strategies, with a focus on leveraging advanced data platforms and tools.
  • Mentor and grow consulting teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Participate in recruiting efforts to attract top talent.
  • Lead engagements, serving as the trusted advisor to C-level executives and other key stakeholders.
  • Deliver meaningful thought leadership and innovative solutions to address client challenges.
  • Oversee project teams to ensure quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
  • Serve as the escalation point for critical client issues, providing actionable recommendations.
  • Provide expertise in data strategy and analytics, leveraging tools like Databricks, Snowflake, and other cloud-based platforms to enable actionable insights and operational improvements.
  • 10+ years in professional services consulting, with a strong focus on payer operations.
  • Success in leading consulting engagements and managing client relationships at the executive level.
  • Deep understanding of payer organizations.
  • Proven ability to define and implement data strategies, leveraging disparate data sources to drive operational improvements.
  • Hands-on experience with data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, or similar tools to enable advanced analytics, automation, and decision-making support.
  • Familiarity with deploying AI/automation to optimize workflows and enhance decision-making.
  • A track record of generating revenue, developing key accounts, and leveraging a professional network to drive growth.
  • Expertise in strategic planning, issue and risk management, and change management.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, with the ability to present confidently to C-level executives.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
