Responsible for management and coordination of all operations of the Individual System of Care in MetroWest including emergency shelter, housing, outreach and young adult programming. Provide leadership and supervision to coordinate, monitor and enhance the SMOC single adult continuum in the region, ensuring contract compliance, achievement of program and agency goals, quality service delivery, optimum staffing, and integration and partnership with our SMOC programs and external providers in support of the individuals we serve. Responsibilities also include oversite of the Framingham Community Center and acting as a primary liaison with key community stakeholders including the police, elected officials, and partner agencies.
