We’re seeking a visionary and strategic Managing Director, Math to lead our national math strategy and drive system-level transformation in mathematics instruction. This leader will serve as LE’s chief math ambassador—shaping our services, representing our thought leadership in high-profile forums, and forming strategic partnerships with school systems, funders, and collaborators. As the enterprise math lead, you'll design impactful service packages, oversee complex curriculum implementation (including Illustrative Mathematics), and drive cross-functional innovation across departments—from AI-supported PD to resource development and staff training. You’ll supervise high-performing teams, partner with internal and external leaders, and help position LE as a national leader in math education innovation.
