About The Position

Vortex Capital is a boutique capital advisory firm with a strong track record and extensive capabilities, having advised on over 500 billion in transaction volume across our team members & advisors. We’re hiring a senior investment banker focused on the capital raising side of our IB advisory team. We have top-tier deal flow and no shortage of mandates / opportunities to raise for.

Requirements

• 10+ years in IB, PE, or VC
• Proven track record raising from family offices, HNWIs, VCs, and growth equity investors for private companies
• Deep investor relationships and strong execution capabilities
• Licensed under FINRA (Series 82 or 7)
• Experience raising $10M-$500M+ tickets in one or multiple sectors, including biotech / AI / Infrastructure / tech / industrials, or something else specific
