The US Relationship Management team is seeking a dynamic leader to enhance client experiences and strengthen relationships with institutional clients. This role involves overseeing a team of Relationship Managers and Client Service Associates, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction. The leader will collaborate with various internal teams to drive client engagement and retention, while also managing a portfolio of institutional clients and developing strategic account plans.

  • Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers and Client Service Associates to ensure team success and alignment with firm goals.
  • Act as the primary contact for a book of institutional clients, developing and executing client account plans and retention strategies.
  • Conduct comprehensive client portfolio reviews and retention activities to enhance client engagement.
  • Oversee the client team to ensure exceptional service delivery and collaboration across internal teams.
  • Collaborate with Distribution, Investment teams, and Consultant Relationships to enhance client retention and drive growth opportunities.
  • Build and implement best practices for client retention, continuously evaluating strategies to adapt to client needs.
  • Develop a deep understanding of institutional clients and their needs across various asset classes.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in managing institutional clients with a proven track record in client retention and relationship management.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with consultant and sales teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Extensive experience across multiple asset classes, including real estate, equities, and fixed income.
  • FINRA licensing, including SIE or equivalent, series 7, 63, and 24 are required or ability to obtain.
  • CFA certification
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to analyze client situations holistically and implement tailored solutions
  • Experience leading as a 'player-coach' in dynamic organizations.
