You will design and operationalize a comprehensive metrics and reporting framework that provides senior leadership with clear, timely, and actionable insight into the operational health, performance, and transformation progress of Capital Markets. Partnering closely with the Head of COO Office & Business Transformation, the COO, and senior leaders across Finance, Operations, Technology, and Risk, you will help define what “great performance” looks like and ensure the organization can see it, track it, and act on it.
