About The Position

This is a rare opportunity to sit at the strategic center advising Family Office across investments, estate, and generational planning with the trust and autonomy typically reserved for insiders. You'll lead with rigor and insight, build enduring relationships, and help shape legacies that will outlast market cycles and leadership teams. This is a role for the seasoned advisor who thrives at the intersection of strategy, complexity, and human capital. We're looking for someone with the depth to manage dynamic portfolios and the emotional intelligence to navigate family dynamics. It's demanding and deeply rewarding. MUST HAVE FAMILY OFFICE EXPERIENCE

Requirements

  • 10+ years in SFO/UHNW wealth management, family office advisory, and/or institutional investment roles.
  • Proven ability to manage complex portfolios and navigate private markets.
  • Experience in estate planning, tax strategy, and philanthropic structuring.
  • Exceptional communication and relational skills-you build trust quickly and naturally.
  • High emotional intelligence-you read the room, navigate family dynamics, and lead with poise.
  • Strong project manager-you know how to execute flawlessly without losing sight of the big picture.

Nice To Haves

  • CFP, CFA, CPA, JD/LLM, or MBA preferred.
  • Series 65 or 66 & 7 required.
  • Global perspective and comfort with cross-border structures a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute tailored investment strategies across public, private, real estate, and alternative markets.
  • Lead diligence efforts for new opportunities with institutional-quality rigor.
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution with internal teams, external managers, and legal counsel.
  • Partner with attorneys and tax advisors to design integrated estate and philanthropic structures.
  • Guide clients through liquidity events, transitions, and succession planning.
  • Ensure long-term alignment between strategy and structure.
  • Serve as the primary advisor to a small group of SFO families.
  • Drive regular family meetings, performance reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Anticipate needs, address challenges, and be a trusted thought partner in real time.
  • Establish family governance frameworks to support unity, decision-making, and continuity.
  • Lead next-gen education initiatives-financial literacy, investment principles, family values that solve for legacy, not just returns.
  • Facilitate family retreats, quarterly summits and strategic offsites that drive clarity, confidence, and continuity.
