Practice Overview: As a Senior Leader in our Digital Advisory practice (Tech Advisory & Cost Transformation), you will operate at the intersection of operational excellence and commercial strategy. You will lead high-stakes engagements that help C-suite executives de-risk their technology investments, modernize their cost structures, and build high-velocity Go-to-Market (GTM) engines. You are a "builder" who can diagnose a bloated legacy tech stack in the morning and design an AI-powered sales motion in the afternoon. Role Overview: This role is remote based in the United States.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a solid academic performance or equivalent experience
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel as required
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

  • Lead comprehensive assessments of enterprise IT spend (Cloud, SaaS, Infrastructure) to identify $50M+ in optimization opportunities.
  • Transition clients from legacy "cost-center" IT models to agile, product-centric organizations.
  • Implement Generative AI and automation frameworks to reduce "Run" costs, freeing up capital for "Change" initiatives.
  • Architect the "Lead-to-Cash" ecosystem, ensuring CRM, Marketing Automation, and Revenue Intelligence tools are driving measurable ROI.
  • Leverage predictive analytics and AI to optimize territory management, pricing strategies, and customer churn prediction.
  • Partner with CROs to digitize the sales motion, integrating digital sales rooms and AI-coaching tools into the GTM workflow.
  • Own a personal sales target (typically $3M–$5M+) by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts and leading "big bet" RFPs.
  • Publish white papers and speak at industry events regarding the "Self-Funding Transformation"—using cost savings to fund digital innovation.
  • Scale the practice by hiring, training, and mentoring a high-performing team of managers and consultants.
