This is an opportunity to play a meaningful role in expanding the impact of Teach For America across the Dallas–Fort Worth region, one of the most dynamic and opportunity-rich communities in the country. As part of a growing Field Fundraising team, you will help advance our mission by building deep, authentic relationships with high-net-worth individuals, foundations, and institutional partners who are committed to ensuring all children in DFW have access to an excellent education. In this role, you will own and manage a $2–3M portfolio of donors, with a focus on cultivating, stewarding, and expanding investment from some of the region’s most influential philanthropists and community leaders. You will partner closely with the Executive Director, board members, and fellow fundraisers to drive a strategic, relationship-centered approach to fundraising, one that not only meets ambitious revenue goals, but also strengthens our long-term presence and impact across Dallas and Fort Worth. We are at a pivotal moment of growth in DFW, with an actively engaged board and a clear opportunity to expand our footprint and deepen our reach. This role is ideal for someone who is highly relational, thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, and is motivated by the opportunity to grow their influence while driving meaningful, measurable impact in the community. You will be a key contributor in shaping and executing a multi-year strategy to acquire, retain, and diversify philanthropic support across both private and institutional funding streams ensuring we are well-positioned to meet the needs of students and communities across the region.
