Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business or relevant work experience
Minimum of 7+ years of related experience
State Life & Health Licenses required
Strong technical knowledge of employee benefits and policies, and the ability to understand the needs and requirements of the clients, from strategic and tactical vantage points

Nice To Haves

Previous supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

Lead client strategy and lifecycle execution for key accounts, driving retention and growth goals
Integrate specialty practices (e.g., Wellness, VB, Vital Incite, Pharmacy Solutions, Captives) into client solutions
Build and maintain senior-level carrier and client relationships, serving as executive sponsor for escalations
Stay current on industry trends, legislation, products, and competitive market conditions
Act as a player/coach to develop Consultants, Account Managers, and Analysts; create workflows and lead initiatives
Partner with producers on prospect meetings, sales projects, and cross-sell opportunities (P&C, Retirement)
Supervise Account Management team: coaching, performance reviews, goal-setting, compensation, and disciplinary actions
