As a Managing Consultant and Remediation Program Field Manager in Greeley, CO, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering safe, efficient, and innovative remediation projects that protect communities and the environment. Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in engineering, geology, environmental science, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years experience, with progressive project or technical management experience for complex site investigation/remediation projects under a variety of local, State-specific and federal regulatory programs (RCRA, CDPHE, Colorado ECMC, etc.).
  • In lieu of degree, approximately 13+ years of directly related experience , with progressive project or technical management experience for complex site investigation/remediation projects under a variety of local, State-specific and federal regulatory programs (RCRA, CDPHE, Colorado ECMC, etc.).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Environmental field work experience.
  • 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER certification (or ability to obtain).
  • Driver's License Required: This position requires a valid driver's license and/or the ability to operate a company vehicle due to the nature of job duties, which include frequent travel to various client locations across a large geographical area.
  • Commitment to safety and adherence to health and safety protocols.
  • This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and organize field activities, manage schedules, and ensure equipment readiness.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate field staff; support hiring and performance evaluations.
  • Oversee projects to meet deadlines, safety standards, and quality expectations.
  • Act as liaison between field teams, project managers, and clients—resolving issues and maintaining clear communication.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, ERM, and client safety guidelines.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair of fleet vehicles and project equipment.
