Location: Atlanta, GA JOB OVERVIEW: The Managing Consultant will be a senior member of EPIC’s Life, Absence & Disability (LAD) practice and is accountable for leading complex client engagements, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and driving strategy across group life, disability, and absence/leave programs. This role serves as the primary client relationship lead for assigned accounts, provides executive-level consulting, and oversees vendor performance and governance. By leveraging data and analytics, the Managing Consultant develops multi-year roadmaps, identifies actionable improvement opportunities, and helps clients implement innovative and compliant program solutions. The Managing Consultant also leads RFP strategy, negotiations, and implementations, mentors junior consultants, and contributes to practice growth through thought leadership and business development support.
