As a Managing Consultant, you will be a key contributor within a diverse team of professionals addressing business growth, complex client delivery, and environmental challenges. You will work in an environment that promotes proactive collaboration and accountability, motivating individuals to consistently deliver high-quality services and technical solutions. You will be expected to lead multi-workstream projects, manage delivery teams, and oversee timelines, scope, budget, and risk to ensure successful outcomes. In this client-facing role, you will apply strong EHS&S subject matter knowledge to support business leaders in the successful planning, execution, and governance of EHS and Sustainability management information system initiatives. You will play a critical role in project initiation, requirements definition, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support, ensuring alignment with client objectives and change-management needs. As a Managing Consultant, you will also provide objective , independent advice on off-the-shelf or custom-built, third-party technologies and maintain a strong understanding of the EMIS technology market. The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with demonstrated project management experience, including: Leading complex EMIS implementations from initiation through go-live and sustainment Managing project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution Coordinating cross-functional teams (technical, functional, client stakeholders, and vendors) Overseeing budgets, resourcing, and delivery quality Communicating effectively with senior client stakeholders and executive sponsors You will have hands-on experience implementing Environmental Management Information Systems such as Enablon, Intelex, Cority, SAI Global EHS 360, Sphera , or similar platforms, and a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within scope. You will demonstrate strong functional and technical skills, a deep understanding of global EHS and sustainability business capabilities and regulatory requirements, and sound project management methodologies and best practices (e.g., waterfall, agile, or hybrid delivery models).
