About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Adobe Experience Cloud Strategist to be a trusted advisor to our clients and internal teams. In this critical role, you will leverage your broad understanding of the Adobe Experience Cloud suite to identify, shape, and articulate comprehensive digital experience solutions that drive significant business value. You'll bridge the gap between business objectives and technical capabilities, guiding clients from initial concept through to successful strategy implementation. Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience building digital Customer experience solutions, with 3+ years' of architecting end to end solutions leveraging the full Adobe Experience Cloud platform Suite for enterprise level organizations. Including building solutions utilizing these tools: AEM, Analytics, Target, Campaign/Journey Optimizer, Real-Time CDP, Commerce, Marketo Engage.
  • Strong foundational understanding of core AEM capabilities (Sites, Assets) and how they integrate.
  • Proven ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into practical, integrated Adobe solutions.
  • Deep knowledge of customer journey mapping, personalization strategies, data activation, and marketing automation principles.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (Adobe Cloud Manager, AWS, Azure) and DevOps concepts.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with both technical and executive audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience in a client-facing, pre-sales, or consulting role, including solution estimation and RFP responses.

Nice To Haves

  • Adobe certifications (e.g., Adobe Certified Expert, Adobe Certified Master Architect) are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery sessions with clients to deeply understand their business challenges, marketing objectives, and customer experience goals.
  • Possesses expert-level proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager, with a proven track record of delivering architectural leadership and strategic guidance on data architecture, integration patterns, and governance frameworks.
  • Articulate the value proposition of integrated Adobe solutions to executive and business stakeholders, clearly demonstrating how technology addresses their problems and delivers ROI.
  • Act as the primary technical strategy lead during sales cycles, developing compelling proposals, effort estimates, solution demos, and technical architecture diagrams for RFPs.
  • Develop strategic roadmaps for Adobe adoption and maturity, outlining phases, dependencies, and business outcomes.
  • Provide high-level architectural oversight and strategic guidance during project delivery, ensuring solutions align with long-term client goals and Adobe best practices.
  • Advise on data architecture, integration patterns, and governance strategies across the Adobe Experience Cloud.
  • Identify opportunities for optimization, personalization, and automation within client Adobe environments.
  • Stay deeply informed about Adobe product roadmaps, new features, and industry trends to bring innovative ideas to clients.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), mentoring technical teams and contributing to the strategic direction of our Adobe practice.
  • Develop reusable assets such as solution frameworks, implementation roadmaps, and reference architectures to accelerate delivery.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales enablement efforts, providing thought leadership and technical content.
