About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Payroll Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Payroll modules, enabling them to design, implement, and support payroll solutions tailored to our clients' needs. This role involves collaborating with clients to understand their payroll processes, configuring Oracle Cloud Payroll systems, and providing ongoing support to ensure the successful deployment and operation of payroll solutions.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience as an Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Functional Lead.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Business, Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Active certifications in the Payroll module are desired.
  • Experience in at least 1 implementation of HCM Payroll for Mexico and 2 implementations for either U.S or Canada.
  • Worked on at least 4-5 Oracle Cloud HCM projects.
  • Expertise in gathering and mapping requirements, fit-gap analysis, and requirements documentation.
  • Excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills, and problem resolution skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in implementing Absence and Compensation modules.
  • Knowledge of legal and business needs for payroll in Mexico and either US or Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their payroll processes.
  • Configure Oracle Cloud Payroll systems based on client needs.
  • Provide ongoing support for payroll solutions post-deployment.
  • Prepare functional design and work with the offshore team in implementing payroll and parallel testing.
  • Gather and map requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and document requirements.
  • Implement enhancements requested by clients.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and business needs for Mexico and either US or Canada payroll.
  • Understand interactions with dependent modules like Absence, OTL, Benefits, and Compensation.
