About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced manager to oversee daily operations in our signage production facility. This role involves managing the production, installation, and maintenance of signage while ensuring that all products meet the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will lead and motivate our team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. You will be responsible for coordinating with clients to understand their needs and providing expert guidance on design, materials, and production techniques. Additionally, you will manage production schedules and workflow to meet deadlines and optimize resource efficiency, monitor inventory levels, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. You will also resolve any production-related issues or client concerns promptly and effectively, while staying current on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve shop capabilities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a managerial role (sign industry experience a plus, but not required).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficient computer skills.
