About The Position

The Manager position at The Wood Group involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Therapeutic Youth Respite facility in Round Rock, TX. Requirements

• Experience working with Behavioral Health Clients.
• Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences preferred.
• A valid Texas Driver's license.
• Ability to multitask and provide exceptional customer service in a busy environment.
• Good time management, organization, attention to detail, and computer proficiency are integral.
• Ability to respond with patience, empathy, and understanding.
• Experience working with children and youth.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the facility.
• Must be on duty 40 hours per week and be available by telephone after hours and on weekends.
• Responsible for interviewing, hiring, and training all staff members.
• Familiar with The Wood Group's policy and procedures, including the employee handbook.
• Complete monthly administrative training and training for staff members.
• Ensure that all state standards and facility procedures are implemented, followed, and updated as required.
• Provide exceptional customer service in a busy working environment.
• Manage time effectively, with strong organization and attention to detail.
• Respond to individuals and staff with patience, empathy, and understanding.
• Ensure all residents are treated with dignity and respect.
• Schedule staff shifts and communicate staffing concerns to HR.
• Collaborate with the Behavioral Health Authority on resident issues and concerns.
• Report all abuse, neglect, or exploitation and medication errors to The Wood Group's Client Rights Officer.
• Perform related work as assigned by Corporate Officers.
