About The Position
As a Manager at Subway, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our restaurants provide an excellent guest experience while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. Your primary focus will be on eight key areas: delivering outstanding service to guests, ensuring that food is prepared and served to the highest standards, maintaining a clean and functional restaurant environment, managing inventory and financial controls, coordinating local marketing initiatives, recruiting and training staff, upholding safety and security standards, and fostering a collaborative team atmosphere. In your day-to-day responsibilities, you will be actively involved in recruiting and rewarding exceptional team members, ensuring compliance with safety and security protocols, and staying informed about local and national health and food safety regulations. You will also be responsible for maintaining business records and analyzing them to identify opportunities for increasing sales. Engaging with prospective guests to promote sales and supporting local and national marketing initiatives will be essential, as will preparing the restaurant for new marketing campaigns and planning special events and promotions.
