As a Manager at Subway, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our restaurants provide an excellent guest experience while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. Your primary focus will be on eight key areas: delivering outstanding service to guests, ensuring that food is prepared and served to the highest standards, maintaining a clean and functional restaurant environment, managing inventory and financial controls, coordinating local marketing initiatives, recruiting and training staff, upholding safety and security standards, and fostering a collaborative team atmosphere.
