We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee operations in our hospitality establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a background in the food industry, particularly in kitchen management. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure that our team delivers exceptional service while maintaining high standards of food preparation and inventory control.

  • Lead and manage daily operations of the establishment, ensuring smooth workflow in both kitchen and bar areas.
  • Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
  • Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
  • Develop and implement budgets to optimize profitability while maintaining quality service.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork.
  • Collaborate with the Assistant Manager to ensure effective communication across all departments.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards within the establishment.
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or food industry is essential.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
  • Knowledge of kitchen operations, including cooking techniques and food preparation methods.
  • Experience with budgeting and financial management within a restaurant or similar environment.
  • Familiarity with inventory control systems and best practices for stock management.
  • Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or similar position is preferred but not mandatory.
