About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to lead our team at Par Mar Store 162. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and driving sales growth. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail management or a similar leadership role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a team effectively.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
