The Green Room is a bespoke speakeasy perched above Burbank, offering an intimate, elevated dining and cocktail experience with sweeping views of Los Angeles. Requirements

5+ years as a senior leader in high-volume fine dining or luxury hospitality.
A track record of success in growing sales and managing operations.
Deep knowledge of fine dining service, beverage programs, and guest experience.
Financial expertise with proven results in cost control and profitability.
A hands-on, inspiring leadership style that motivates teams and delivers results.
Passion, creativity, and presence to elevate The Green Room brand.
Must be 21 years of age or older

Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of daily operations, guest service, and brand experience.
Grow sales and profitability through strategic programming, events, and innovation.
Control prime costs while maintaining luxury standards.
Build, train, and mentor a team that delivers impeccable hospitality.
Collaborate with culinary and beverage leaders on creative, market-leading offerings.
Be the face of The Green Room-driving loyalty, reputation, and growth.
