About The Position

Altitude in Franklin is seeking an energetic, organized, and customer-focused Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a high-performing team. The Manager is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining a safe and fun environment, and driving operational excellence. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy setting.

Requirements

Previous management or supervisory experience (hospitality, retail, or entertainment preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Excellent customer service and conflict-resolution skills
Ability to multitask and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer and scheduling software proficiency
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs as needed
Comfortable working in an active, high-energy environment

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day park operations, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and efficiency
Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally
Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed consistently
Monitor park flow, staffing levels, and guest capacity
Recruit, train, coach, and supervise team members
Schedule staff to meet operational needs and manage labor effectively
Motivate employees and foster a positive, team-oriented work culture
Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback
Assist with budgeting, cash handling, and daily financial reporting
Monitor expenses and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
Support sales initiatives, memberships, parties, and events
Ensure equipment and facilities are well-maintained and operational
Coordinate with maintenance teams or vendors as needed
Enforce company safety standards and respond to incidents appropriately
