About The Position

Orange Leaf Palomar is looking for an outgoing, team oriented, and customer service driven individual to join our team. We are hiring for a manager that leads by example and is motivated to manage to the best of their ability. As the Store Manager you will lead and encourage a team of 6 or more team members. Duties include but are not limited to Creating weekly schedules, store inventory, hiring, training, payroll, store orders, general store upkeep and keeping your employees motivated. Orange Leaf offers a fun environment with a flexible schedule. We strive to have the best possible atmosphere for our staff as well as our employees. The ideal candidate is an individual who understands exceptional customer service and has the ability to work and lead a team. The ideal candidate must also be flexible, reliable, have the ability toproblem-solve, and communicate efficiently and effectively. Between 20-40 hours per week. Pay starts at $11-$13 an hour with the opportunity to grow.
