About The Position

The Restaurant Manager at Whataburger is responsible for ensuring operational excellence and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience; Associate's degree preferred.
• 1+ years of restaurant leadership experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with liability insurance and a good driving record required.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment with strong leadership skills.
• Knowledge of back-of-house systems, point-of-sale systems, and restaurant operating systems.
• Food Handlers Certification and Food Safety Certification.

• Training and developing new hourly team members.
• Increasing sales by ensuring responsible and efficient operations.
• Maintain an overall management style in accordance with established best practices.
• Provide leadership and direction to all team leaders and team members to ensure efficient operation.
• Ensure food quality and customer service standards are met.
• Achieve and maintain required certifications.
• Conduct administrative activities and inventory management.
• Complete all tasks assigned by General Manager on time.
