About The Position

Our Manager, Workplace Experience owns the day-to-day experience of SeatGeek's NYC HQ, overseeing facilities, amenities, and the overall environment to ensure it's conducive to productivity and employee well-being. You will lead in-person event logistics, support consistency across all US office locations, steward budgets and vendor contracts, and champion employee engagement initiatives. You'll report into our Director, People Strategy & Employee Experience. Requirements

  • 5+ years of work experience with a minimum of 3 years of experience running workplace or facilities operations with a focus on hospitality, service quality, and continuous improvement
  • Strong event operations skills with the ability to plan, coordinate, and execute multiple concurrent programs
  • Proven financial acumen: budgeting, vendor negotiation, contract oversight, and cost optimization
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills: able to influence, align, and collaborate across teams
  • Operational rigor and attention to detail: you proactively manage processes, inventory, and workflows to keep the office running smoothly

Responsibilities

  • Own NYC HQ facilities operations, amenities, and workplace services to deliver a high-quality in-office experience; proactively identify improvements and resolve issues quickly
  • Manage and develop the Receptionist role: schedule coverage, set SOPs, coach performance, and ensure front-of-house operations meet SeatGeek standards
  • Lead end-to-end onsite event logistics (space planning, setup/breakdown, catering, AV/equipment, supplies) in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Plan and support company events, coordinating logistics and vendor management, ensuring alignment with company culture and objectives
  • Establish and maintain standards across all US office locations, ensuring consistent policies, vendor quality, hospitality, and workspace experience
  • Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and contracts for office operations and events; track spend, optimize costs, and align with financial objectives
  • Design, market, and execute employee engagement initiatives that strengthen culture and connection, with inclusive options for remote employees when possible
