As a member of Gallagher Bassett Claims & Operations leadership team, the Manager - Workforce Optimization & Claims Operational Analytics is responsible for utilizing data to develop comprehensive models to optimize and forecast workforce capacity to meet business objectives. Reporting to the Vice President - Workforce Optimization & Operational Efficiency Management, this role will oversee data-driven management of the staffing and capacity models to ensure alignment with service levels, client requirements, and operational objectives. Additionally, the Manager will support corporate initiatives focused on improving operational processes and process improvement strategies using technological tools to streamline processes.
