About The Position
The Manager, Workforce Health & Safety reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines, and all other regulatory and accreditation standards. The Manager, Workforce Health & Safety provides leadership and operational/program oversight of the Workforce Health and Safety team within a designated geographic region or a specified business unit(s) of Northwestern Medicine.
