With technology and data at the core of our people strategy, we are looking for a systems-oriented thinker and team leader to join our People Experience Team (HR) as a Workday (HRIS) People Data Manager. The role is responsible for managing, optimizing, and continuously improving people data processes across the full employee lifecycle in Workday’s HCM module. You’ll serve as a strategic partner to business stakeholders across HR, IT, Finance, Legal to ensure Workday HCM supports our strategic people priorities and operational needs with data integrity, streamlined and scalable processes along with optimized use of automation, reporting, and agent technologies.
