About The Position

The Manager, Wholesale Planning at Crocs is a pivotal role responsible for analyzing business trends and formulating actionable strategies to ensure profitable growth and optimal inventory turnover. This position requires a keen understanding of market dynamics and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to create consensus demand plans. The successful candidate will translate sell-in and sell-out data into seasonal and monthly plans that dictate purchase requirements, thereby driving the company's merchandising strategies. In this role, the Manager will act as a catalyst for in-season strategies and will play a crucial part in achieving Pre-Season Merchandising milestones. The position involves strategic translation between sales, external partners, and finance, utilizing by-account and aggregated forecasts to identify key performance indicators (KPIs). The Manager will align and confirm revenue plans with Sales leaders, leveraging Open-to-Buy (OTB) and sell-through data to validate these plans. Additionally, the Manager will be responsible for approving the Monthly Channel plan by material, ensuring that inventory policies are adhered to, and reviewing 18 months of systemic OTB and Turn analytics against the plan. This role requires the development of best practices across the team to ensure that weekly, monthly, and seasonal objectives are met on time and within scope. Collaboration with Global planning, Regional Merchants, Finance, and Sales leads is essential to determine seasonal MFP goals that align with channel targets. The Manager will also develop channel and classification targets in conjunction with Sales leaders, focusing on full-price and Tier 4 strategies.
