At STACK, the Manager, Wet Utilities will report to the Director, Wet Utilities as part of the STACK Utilities Team. The Manager will be responsible for executing on near-term and long-term wet utility strategies to help STACK integrate wet utilities into ongoing and new data center projects. The Manager will be responsible for managing and reviewing consultant studies, supporting the development team related to water & sewer needs and managing relationships with various external stakeholders. The Manager will also support new corporate priorities and initiatives such as internal process improvements, exploring new markets, water & sewer procurement efforts, and regulatory/policy advocacy with external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience with various phases of developing, designing, and constructing water and sewer facilities, be able to translate and communicate technical issues to non-technical team members, and a strong ability to identify issues and provide problem solving strategies.
