Position Summary... What you'll do... About Walmart Visual Merchandising’s role is to create breakthrough product presentation strategies that balance inspiration with ease in execution, spark discovery and drive conversion across all categories.The Manager, Visual Merchandising supports the execution of end-to-end presentation strategies by collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to scalable, customer-first solutions. This role ensures alignment across stakeholders and maintains strong connections with Visual Styling, Communications, and Training teams.You are an experienced visual merchandiser with a background in both stores and corporate environments. Requirements

3+ years of Visual Merchandising experience, including 2+ years corporate experience and 1+ years of in-store experience
Strong communicator, organizational/time management skills and is a self-starter
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suite, Sharepoint
Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
Travel domestically to and from multiple facilities or worksites that may require consecutive overnight stays.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Fine Arts, or related field and 1 years’ experience in merchandising, marketing, operations, or related field OR 3 years' experience in merchandising, marketing, operations, or related field.

BA/BS degree in Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Communications, Design or related field and/or equivalent experience
Experience with Big Box Retailer a plus
Familiar with planograms (POG)/ modular creation
Leading cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

Supporting the development and execution of strategies in partnership with the Senior Manager and Director.
Translating strategic direction into actionable Visual Merchandising plans that enhance customer experience and support sales goals.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and distribute Visual Merchandising tools and resources for consistent execution.
Assisting in the implementation of Visual Merchandising Operating Model / Ways of Working by coordinating with key partners.
Managing day-to-day execution of Visual Merchandising programs, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Building strong relationships with cross-functional partners to support seamless execution and help navigate challenges.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
