Vantage Data Centers is seeking a Vendor Relationship Manager to oversee all operations vendor spending, manage RFP generation, vendor selection, and negotiation processes. This role is critical as Vantage continues to expand its operations across North America, ensuring a consistent and stellar customer experience across all campus environments. The Vendor Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining a robust vendor management program that includes spend level agreements, risk management, cost control, and key performance indicators (KPIs). The successful candidate will work closely with the North American Director of Site Reliability to drive continuous improvement by measuring metrics and KPIs consistently across all facilities, sharing best practices, and enhancing overall operational performance. The position requires a leader with operational strength and experience in vendor management, who can effectively balance long-term strategic goals with urgent tactical issues. The Vendor Relationship Manager will partner with regional and local directors and managers to identify opportunities for improving operations, reliability, profitability, and customer experience. This role is based on-site at one of Vantage's US locations, with a flexible work policy allowing for three days on-site and two days of flexible work each week. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the mission-critical industry, particularly in procurement, and will be adept at fostering relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the highest level of service delivery.
