About the position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Benefits, Wellness, and Compensation Analyst to support the design, implementation, and administration of our total rewards programs. This role plays a key part in ensuring our offerings are competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with our culture and business strategy. The ideal candidate is data-driven, collaborative, and passionate about enhancing the employee experience through meaningful benefits, wellness initiatives, and equitable compensation practices.

Responsibilities

  • Administer employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement plans.
  • Serve as a liaison between employees, vendors, and internal teams to resolve benefits-related questions or issues.
  • Support annual open enrollment processes, including system setup, communication, and employee education.
  • Analyze benefit utilization and cost trends; recommend improvements or changes based on findings.
  • Develop, implement, and promote employee wellness initiatives aligned with company goals and employee needs.
  • Monitor wellness program participation and impact; track KPIs and suggest enhancements.
  • Partner with vendors to deliver wellness services such as mental health resources, fitness programs, and well-being challenges.
  • Organize wellness events and campaigns to increase awareness and engagement.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and compensation surveys to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Support salary planning, job evaluations, and pay structure maintenance.
  • Analyze compensation data and trends to support budgeting, workforce planning, and decision-making.
  • Assist in the development and administration of short- and long-term incentive programs.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and Legal to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Contribute to total rewards communication strategies to increase employee understanding and satisfaction.
  • Assist with audits, reporting, and data integrity across all reward programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in benefits, wellness, or compensation; experience across multiple areas is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, HRIS, and compensation tools (e.g., MarketPay, Radford, or similar).
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations (ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, FLSA, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality and professionalism.
