About The Position
This role is responsible for leading key programs and initiatives to support US PBB by coordinating and overseeing the advancement of objectives and deliverables with an initial focus on enhancing the development, measurement, reporting and monitoring of Key Risk Indicators and Business Unit metrics. Managing P&BB initiatives to build out and categorize more robust metrics to help bring more awareness to the level of exposure and to better track risk-taking within the risk appetite. The role will work closely with operational risk and compliance teams in the lines of business as well as second line. The individual will help in the development of different strategies and tools to assess current activities, align to key risks, and implement changes to the overall program as necessary. This is a dynamic function that will require flexibility, building strong partnerships, assist in the development of management reporting, and being a driver of change.
